Linkked (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit getlinkked.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Linkked is a relationship-intelligence practice for business and life, founded by Shazaf Moonis. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how this site is used: which pages people view, roughly where visitors come from, and what device or browser they use. We only ever review this information in aggregate, to improve the site.

Google Analytics sets two cookies on your browser, _ga and _ga_4CL44ZVNYC, to recognise your browser and measure sessions. We do not use this data for advertising, and ad-related signals are switched off. You can prevent these cookies through your browser settings, or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Forms & enquiries

When you submit a form on this site, whether Request an Invitation, Relational Readiness or Add Your Voice, the details you provide are sent to us through Google Forms and stored in Google Sheets. We use this information solely to respond to you and to operate our services. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

The Relationship Blind Spot

The Relationship Blind Spot is a short reflection tool. It is not a psychological assessment, and it does not diagnose anything. Taking it requires no name, no email address and no account, and your result is shown to you in full without anything being asked of you first.

When someone completes it we record a single anonymous line: which instinct came up at work, which came up closer to home, the shape of the gap between them, the city the link was shared into, and the month. Nothing in that line identifies anyone, and it is never joined to anything else. We do not record your individual answers.

If someone shared this link with you, they are never told whether you opened it, completed it, or did anything afterwards. We do not use per-person links or referral codes, so this is not something we could tell them even if asked.

If you go on to request a private conversation with Shazaf, you give us your first name, an age range, your city, one contact detail of your choosing, and, if you wish, a professional introduction, where things stand personally, and a note about why. The optional fields are exactly that: leaving any of them blank does not affect your request. That request is stored separately from the anonymous line above, and the two are never linked. Requesting a conversation does not add you to a mailing list, and nothing is sent to you automatically. You can ask us to delete your request at any time at [email protected].

While you are taking it, your answers are held in your own browser so that refreshing the page does not lose your place. They are not sent anywhere and are cleared when you finish.

Single Safety App waitlist

The Single Safety App waitlist is open to people in any country. This section explains how we handle what you give us there, and applies alongside the rest of this page. It is written to respect Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the UK and EU GDPR, the data protection laws of the Middle East (including the UAE’s Federal Personal Data Protection Law and the DIFC and ADGM regimes, and Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law), and the privacy laws that apply to visitors in other places, including US state laws.

What we collect. Your first name and email address; optionally your country and which part of the app interests you most; a short tag for where you found the link (for example a podcast, an event or LinkedIn); and a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the version of this notice, and the date and time. We do not store your IP address or device details with your signup. Please do not send us relationship histories, financial details or other sensitive information through this form.

Why, and on what basis. To send you updates about the Single Safety App: development news, early-access opportunities and ways to help shape it. We also use the optional answers, in aggregate, to understand where interest is coming from. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box. The box is never pre-ticked, and the optional fields are optional.

Who sees it. Only Linkked. Signups are kept in a private Google Sheet that is not shared outside Linkked. They pass through Cloudflare (which hosts this site) and Google (Sheets and Apps Script), which act as service providers on our behalf. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. If we later use an email service to send the updates, it will act on our behalf only, and we will update this page.

Where it is held, and for how long. Linkked is based in Singapore, and the data is held with Google, which operates internationally, so your details may be processed outside the country you live in, including in Singapore and the United States. By ticking the consent box you agree to that transfer. We keep them until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete them, or until the app’s waitlist is closed, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum needed to honour that choice unless you ask us to delete everything.

Your choices and rights. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time. You can also ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, to receive a copy, or to object to its use, wherever you live: write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live: for example the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, your national authority in the EU, or the UAE Data Office (or, in the DIFC and ADGM, the Commissioner of Data Protection and the Office of Data Protection respectively). We do not make automated decisions about you from this information.

Analytics. The waitlist page uses the same privacy-limited Google Analytics described above. Events such as “joined the waitlist” are recorded together with the source tag, never with your name or email.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run this site: Google (Analytics and Forms) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, just email [email protected]. You can also control or clear cookies through your browser at any time.

We may update this page from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
